Grab Food Rider Expresses Dismay After Customer Cancels Order
Another Grab Food rider expressed his dismay when his customer canceled its order after the food has been purchased.
Over the past few months, numerous Grab Food employees are expressing their complaints and disappointment towards some customers who were canceling their orders and making fake bookings.
A Facebook user named Andeng Aquino has shared the heartbreaking story of a disappointed Grab rider after its customer canceled its order. The online community has expressed their reactions to the post.
Andeng Aquino, a Jollibee employee narrated that the delivery guy ordered goods worth P1,353. She quickly served the orders but shocked when a certain Grab employee told that the order of his fellow rider has been canceled.
Aquino immediately called her MOD to contact the customer canceled the order but the client did not respond to the call.
After a few moments, Andeng gives a refund and returned the food to the poor Grab employee. The rider nearly bursts into tears and expressed his gratefulness towards the fast-food chain employees for their kindness.

Umorder si Kuya Grab sakin, yung resibo ayan. Makikita niyo naman kung gaano kalaki binayad niya diba?? Tas syempre magsasara na kasi kami ng 5 kaya karamihan sa mga product namin promised time na.
Tas okay na order nya, bina-bag na, tas nagtawag ako ng isang grab driver kasi okay na din order niya tas sabe niya sakin “Ate yung isa kong kasamahan cinancel ng customer yung order” tinuro niya sakin si Kuya. Nakatungo tas parang namomromblema, pagkakita ko sakanya naluha talaga ako agad… Promise swear to God!!! Tinawag ko isa sa mga MOD na nakaduty, nilapitan siya tas tinatry na tawagan si customer ulet kaso wala ng info… Super nakakaawa kasi ang laki ng binayad niya!! Naorder na, naassemble na tas icacancel mo ng ganon-ganon lang?? Baket may mga ganung tao?? Hindi niyo ba naiisip hirap ng mga yan?? Sa kabila ng nangyayare sa mundo, may mga ganon parin palang mga tao. Nangangailangan din yang mga yan.. Mahirap din dinadanas nila, pagantay pa lang ng mga order niyo. Pagtiis sa init, naghahanap buhay yang mga yan ng maayos tas ganon gagawin niyo?? Kung sino man yang umorder na yan kay Kuya Grab, Godbless sayo! Hindi ko alam dahilan mo pero sana hindi mo parin ginawa… Sana naisip mo mararamdaman niya.. Wag ka magalala, binalik namin yung pera niya. Nirefund na lang yung order niya na sana idedeliver sayo😊 Alam mo ba na pagbalik ko ng pera niya tas pagbigay namin ng pagkain sakanya maluha-luha siya?? Siguro sa hiya tsaka sa galit niya sayooo. Sabe namin sakanya “wag na siya malungkot, hayaan na yung mga ganong tao.” Skl guys, Godbless sayo Kuya Grab!! Nakalimutan ko pangalan niya…
And sayo sa umorder, buti na lang nung nag cancel ka ng order mo. Nasa store pa si Kuya Grab.. Paano kung papunta na siya sayo tas bigla mong cinancek order mo? Edi lalo siyang nahirapan… Maging aral sana sayo to kung sino ka man.. Isipin mo mararamdaman nila…
