Yassi Pressman Release A Song For COVID-19 Frontliners
YASSI PRESSMAN – Kapamilya actress and singer Yassi Pressman released a new song for COVID-19 frontliners.
Filipino-British actress, singer, and dancer Yassi Pressman is one of the casts of the longest-running Kapamilya series ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.’ She plays the role of Alyana, the love interest of Coco Martin’s character Cardo Dalisay.
ABS-CBN temporarily halt the production of the top-rated program due to the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The Philippines is one of the countries that was hit hard by the virus from China.
Celebrities are doing their best to support the COVID-19 frontliners with their donation drives. Among the star who offered a helping hand are Angel Locsin, Bela Padilla, and Pokwang.
Recently, Yassi Pressman dropped a new song that’s dedicated to all the frontliners that’s putting up a brave fight against the coronavirus. The lyrics of the inspirational song titled “Kaya Natin It”o was written by Eich Abando and was produced by ‘Ang Probinsyano’ party-list Rep. Ronnie Ong
Yassi Pressman released the song on her Facebook Page on April 21. During her interview with DZMM, she said that it is important that we should always show support and appreciation to out frontliners amid the crisis.
“Alam po natin na napakahirap nitong pinagdadaanan nating lahat. Pero kailangan po nating makahanap ng lakas ng loob at palakasin din po natin ‘yung loob ng mga taong tumutulong. Everyone is helping right now and I think ‘yun ang pinakaimportante na magawa rin po ng bawat isa…”
“Kung meron mang mga extra na pwedeng ibigay sa mga panahon na ito, ibigay po natin sa mga nangangailangan. Sana sama-sama po tayo, kaya natin ito,” she added.
