Reason Why Bituin Escalante Shaved Head During Quarantine
BITUIN ESCALANTE – Here’s the reason why singer Bituin Escalante decided to shave her head during the “enhanced community quarantine.”
Due to the “enhanced community quarantine,” Filipinos lost access to some services including salons and barbershops. Several Filipino celebrities have done hair-cutting at home.
In a previous article, Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera gave her husband Dingdong Dantes a hair cut last week. The video was shared on the actor’s Instagram Story.
Surely, lots of people couldn’t wait to visit their hairstylist. Barbershops in Luzon and other provinces will remain closed until President Rodrigo Roa Duterte decided to lift the ECQ.
Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the 75-year-old chief executive was unsure of lifting the ECQ. He said Duterte wants to make a decision regarding the matter this week.
“Ang sabi niya nais na niyang magdesisyon itong linggong ito dahil kinakailangang paghandaan anuman ang kanyang desisyon,” said Roque.
Filipina singer Bituin Escalante shocked the netizens with her new look. From her long and beautiful hair, she decided to shave her head amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
On her Facebook account, the “Kung Ako Na Lang Sana” hitmaker said she chose to shave her head for “low maintenance” during the quarantine period.
