Chopped Piece of Hand was Found Scattered in Isabela Neg. Occ.
Isabela, Negros Occidental – a chopped piece of the hand of a woman was found scattered in the street of Zone 3, Barangay Tinongan, Isabela.
A woman who was not named for its privacy and who was allegedly in her mid 20’s was hacked several times in her different part of the body, said on the barangay’s blotter report.
According to the report of Ultra Media PH, the woman attempted to block a direct hacked to her neck resulting for her right hand to be chopped. The suspect was identified as Alyas “Putot”, a resident of Sitio Haplas in the said barangay.
Putot allegedly has personal issues with the victim that led him to commit the nefarious crime. Later that day, the suspect voluntarily surrendered at the barangay and admitted the crime.
Barangay Tinongan officials turned over Alyas “Putot” to the Isabela PNP for further investigation. The victim, as of writing is in critical condition and was rushed to the hospital for surgery and treatment.
