Video of Pinoy OFWs Seeking Help After They Were Arrested in Saudi Arabia After Receiving Alcoholic Drink From Employer Elicits Comments Online
Several Pinoy OFWs are now seeking help from the Philippine government after they were arrested in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for receiving alcoholic drink from their employer.
The Overseas Filipino workers are considered as the heroes of our country for all their sacrifices just to earn money. Most of them were having a tough life working abroad away from their family and loved ones. Some of them are also experiencing abuse and maltreatment from their abusive employers.
The Facebook page “Nationwide Tambayan” has shared the video footage of some Overseas Filipino Workers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeking help from the Philippine government. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the Filipino migrant workers are asking the netizens to help them share the video. They were allegedly arrested after receiving alcoholic drink from their employer.
The Pinoy workers are claiming that their “Muder” allegedly framed them up and they were not given a chance to explain what really happened. They are working at “Chef Homemade Burger”, according to one of the Filipino workers.
