Based on report, the PNP further said that the barangay officials nabbed for violating the quarantine protocol went off the van in Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX). They allegedly walked going to Rosales.

The group was blocked and the authorities found out that they have no quarantine IDs or travel pass. The authorities are planning to file charges against the kagawads and their companions for violating the protocol.
