KAPAMPANGAN – In this topic, we are going to learn about one of the many languages of the Phillippines called Kapampangan language.
Also spelled Capampan͠gan, according to TagalogLang, this refers to the language, as well as the people in the Pampanga province. It is also known as Pampango or Pampangueño, or Pampangueña, for a woman in Pampanga.
The people are the fifth largest ethnic group in the Philippines. The term “Pampanga” was given by the Spaniards who call the natives living along near river banks “La Pampanga”, which is derived from the word pampáng or “banks” .
