Sikad Driver & Other Residents in Bacolod City Claim P6,000 Cash Aid Not Enough
A sikad driver demands P12,000 cash aid to the government and claiming that the P6,000 financial aid is good enough for one week only.
A Facebook user named Adrien Prietos has shared the video footage of several residents complaining regarding the P6,000 cash assistance from the government. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
The video also featured a traysikad driver identified as Leonilo Caño who is hoping that he will receive social amelioration cash from the government. He will use cash assistance to buy food for his family.
Leonilo also claimed that the P6,000 cash aid is not enough for their one-week expenses. He also demands that the Duterte administration would give at least P12,000 financial aid to the residents affected by the enhanced community quarantine.
The sikad driver also stressed out that his children are already complaining of eating sardines and other canned goods.
Meanwhile, the other residents have the same sentiments claiming that the proposed P6,000 cash aid is not enough for their expenses during the quarantine period. They also want the government to give an additional amount.
