Concerned Netizen Feeds of Stray Cats Amid Coronavirus Threat Earned Praise
A concerned netizen doesn’t mind the threat of coronavirus just to feed and take care of hungry cats living on the street.
Recently, a concerned netizen and a pet lover page named Madam Berna and Friends shares a video footage while he was feeding homeless cats roaming around the street of Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.
According to his post, despite the risk and threat outside the street while the country is facing the dreadful pandemic disease COVID-19, he doesn’t mind just to feed them daily. He added that the cats are waiting for him daily.
“Kahit delikado hindi ako matatakot at mapapagod na magpakain sa inyo araw-araw kasi alam kong inaabangan at hinihintay ninyo ako,” he wrote in his post.
“Basta para sa inyo mga Miming… makita ko kayong masayang kumakain ok na ako,” he added.
In the video, he’s calling the cats with the word “Miming” which is used to call random cats in the Philippines. After he shouted, the cats seem easily to recognize his voice as they immediately run into him.
His act of kindness towards homeless cats earned praise from the online community as his video has gone viral on social media. In times like these pets like them are very precious that we should not neglect them, say other netizens.
