Disappointed Brgy. Captain To Congressman Cayetano: “Hindi ka na nakakatulong, nakakapagpagulo kapa”
The Brgy. Captain of Talisay, Batangas lambasted Congressman Alan Peter Cayetano saying “Hindi ka na nakakatulong, nakakapagpagulo kapa”.
Recently, a Facebook user named Abdul Aziz Natanuan, the barangay captain of Talisay, Batangas has expressed its disappointment against Congressman Cayetano over the information regarding Social Amelioration Card (SAC) forms.
Last week, Alan Cayetano said on a live Facebook video that all families affected by the enhanced community quarantine will get SAC forms from the Department of Social Welfare and Development in order to receive cash aid.
However, Natanuan criticized Cayetano for making the statement because DSWD gives him 821 forms only and instructed him to choose the poorest among the poor. The barangay captain said that there are 2500 families in their village.
The local official asked Cayetano to make another live video and made an explanation regarding the issue. He also hits the politician saying: “Hindi ka naman yata nakakatulong sa mamamayan natin ay huwag kana magpadagdag ng problema at huwag kana magpagulo.”
