PAGASA – Latest Weather Update This April 2, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this April 2, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the bureau states that the warm winds from the east or easterlies will affect the eastern part of the country.

According to GMA News, meanwhile, the northeasterly surface windflow will affect extreme north Luzon, specifically Batanes and the Babuyan Islands, brining partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in these areas.

As for Metro Manila and the rest of the country, the easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over these areas.

Based on the report, for the forercast wind speed, the north part of northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast to east direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country, on the other hand, will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
