Mika Dela Cruz Shows Kindness & Personally Donates Face Shields to COVID-19 Frontliners
The popular Kapuso actress Mika Dela Cruz personally donates face shields to the frontliners fighting the coronavirus disease.
The health workers, police authorities, security guards, supermarket employees, and fast-food chain crews are considered as frontliners for facing different people every day and risking their lives to possible COVID-19 infection.
Over the past few days, the frontliners have been very busy with their respective jobs due to the rampant spread of the deadly virus. They are making big sacrifices to help the public and also to provide the financial necessities of their families.
Recently, Mika Dela Cruz has decided to donate face shields to help and protect the frontliners from the contagious disease. The young actress said that she just wanted to give back to them for their sacrifices.
“Nakakataba ng puso na kahit sa maliit na paraan naproteksyunan ko sila.. These are face shields po for protection (PPE) ng ating amazing and selfless frontliners na araw araw nakikipagsapalaran para saatin. I just wanted to give back to them in my own little way… salamat po sa sakripisyo ninyo!” Mika wrote on her Instagram post.
The celebrity gave face shields to checkpoint personnel, Jollibee crews, security guards, and other frontliners.
