Touch ID May Be Featured In New Apple Watch Series 6
NEW APPLE WATCH SERIES – Fans of the Apple Watch could be delighted to hear that the latest models could include Touch ID.
According to Pocket Now, there have already been several patents revealing how the technology might work. Meanwhile, the Israeli site “The Verifier” hinted it could happen.
As per the reports, the Watch Series 6 could finally be integrated with a Touch ID sensor. Now, the technology is said to come within the display of the next watch product of Apple.
Along with this, improvements to the battery, better LTE support, and better sleep tracking capabilities were also available in the next update.
Additionally, Apple could also be developing its pulse OX monitoring. With this, the new Apple Watch could even measure the oxygen levels in a user’s blood.
This update ensures that a user’s oxygen saturation does not drop to a critically low level, an indication of serious and immediate problems regarding the health of users.
As per the reports, other features to be upgraded with the watchOS 7 would be a fresh design, updates to pre-installed apps, along with updates to Siri.
There would also be an expected sleep tracking, a feature that monitors metrics such as time asleep and the quality of sleep.
However, the latest version of watchOS would only work on the Series 3 and later version of the Apple Watch. This could signal the drop of support for the Series 2.
