The heartbreaking of a hospital staff who suffered an eye injury after he was splashed with a Zonrox bleach in the eyes goes viral online.

Recently, a Facebook user named Earl Sunday N. Perez has shared the heartbreaking photo of a hospital staff who suffered an eye injury after someone splashed him with Zonrox bleach in his eyes.

Perez said that one of their staff at the St. Louis Hospital New Isabela Tacurong City has been splashed with bleach right on his eyes. The health workers conduct a visual acuity assessment and instilled eye drops to relieve the pain.

The concerned netizen said that a certain Doc Van together with the Emergency Room team immediately performed the irrigation protocol. The ophthalmologist did the eye procedure and administered anti-inflammatory and antibiotics eye drops to the patient’s eyes.

Earl also wrote on his post that he asked permission from the patient to post his photo on social media. He also urged people to stop discriminating health workers.
