Cops Punished Old Man Who Continue To Work Amid Luzon Lockdown

Old Man Receives Punishment for Working Amid Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon

The police authorities punished an old man who continues to work to earn money for his family amid the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.

Last week, President Rodrigo Duterte declared the Philippines under a state of calamity due to the rampant spread of coronavirus disease. He also placed the entire Luzon under an enhanced community quarantine.

The new measure restricts mass gatherings, mass transport, and the movement of the residents to contain the spread of the deadly virus. The lockdown protocols also prohibit the senior citizens and students to go in public places.
