Definition

Direct Harmony
The most basic harmony. It refers to the point opposite to the key color of the wheel. The opposite is called a complementary color, Hence, it is also called complementary harmony.

Unlike direct, the two points opposite of the key color are on both sides of the complimentary color.
Triadic Harmony
Also known as triads or triadics, it refers to the color which is two spaces to either side of the key color’s compliment.
Analogous Harmony
Also known as related colors, these refers to the colors directly on the left and right of the key color.

This is like Triadic, only that there are four points that are equally distanced on the color wheel.
