XIA VIGOR – The coronavirus disease-fighting dance moves of child star Xia Vigor went viral on social media.

Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte announced a one-month lockdown of entire Metro Manila on Thursday evening, March 12 over novel coronavirus scare. The virus from China has claimed the lives of five people in the country and infected 47 others.

In a previous article, Filipino celebrities took to social media to express their gratitude towards the health workers, scientists, and reporters who are putting themselves in danger to serve their countrymen. Among the stars who thanked them include Luis Manzano, Agot Isidro, Jim Paredes, and Bianca Gonzalez.

On Thursday, 9-year-old child star Xia Vigor shared a video of herself dancing about coronavirus prevention on her Instagram account. The World Health Organization (WHO) advised the public to wash hands regularly as a “method to protect the community from diseases.”

In the caption of the post, she wrote: “How to prevent covid 19 in a fun way! Thank you @savethechildrenph @savethechildren its always fun being part of stc!”

Xia Vigor’s dance about protecting yourself from COVID-19 has gone viral. It has garnered 84.9K views and 104 comments as of this writing. She urged her followers to wash their hands, maintain 1-meter distance, avoid touching your face, and follow cough etiquette.
