Dog Avoids His Owner After It Sneeze Amid COVID-19 Threat
Video footage of an adorable dog who avoids his owner after it sneezes amid coronavirus disease threat goes viral on social media.
In our previous article, a pet dog in Hong Kong was the reported case of human-to-animal transmission of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The Pomeranian dog was infected by the deadly virus that came from its owner.
The dog had a “low-level of infection”. However, it had yet to show any symptoms of the virus. All infected pets are to be placed under quarantine for 14 days, much like humans are.
Meanwhile, a netizen on Facebook named Jonathan Dulce shared an adorable video of his pet dog named Christian. Where his dog reacts just like a human who has encountered an infected person.
In the video, Jonathan was seen sneezing while his dog was lying on the table. After he sneezes, his dog stares at him with suspicious eyes. Later on, Christian changes its location.
Christian moves outside the small hole of the window seem to avoid to be contracted by the virus. Jonathan asks him to come over saying that it’s not a coronavirus.
But Christian ignored him while looking at him with doubt. Jonathan tries to pull him but he won’t move from the window.
His adorable reaction to his owner has gone viral on social media as it brings good vibes to the netizens and cuteness. Netizens are also amazed at how he reacts to the threat of coronavirus.
Meanwhile, the Department of Health (DOH) announces 11 new coronavirus cases in the Philippines. Currently, the total COVID-19 cases are 35.
