Thai Actor Mario Maurer Returns to the Philippines For Solo Fan Meeting
Famous Thai actor Mario Maurer is set to return to the Philippines this upcoming June 28, Thursday at the SM City North EDSA Skydome, for a solo fan meeting.
As the Korean wave become hit in the Philippines, a Thai movie caught the glimmer and glamor of Filipinos. Many were intrigued by the Crazy Little Thing Called Love romance comedy story starring Mario Maurer.
Because of this, Mario has become popular and beloved among Filipinos and has even made a movie under Star Cinema. She teamed up with Kapamilya actress Erich Gonzales and had box office success for the movie Suddenly It’s Magic in 2012.
Some fans will have the opportunity to meet and greet Mario and ask about their idol. There is also merchandise available to fans who will get a ticket that will go on sale on March 6.
Mario also gladly announced on his Instagram post his return to the country. The Thai actor even used Filipino words in his post and said he is excited to see his Filipino fans again as a big part of his success as a global celebrity.
“Mabuhay! Ako po si Mario Maurer, and I’m so glad to announce that I’ll be having my first official solo fan meeting in Manila. I will be seeing all the lovely faces of my dearest fans from the Philippines,” Mario stated his post.
