A person close to newlywed couple Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli shared new revelations about their wedding.
Showbiz enthusiats were surprised when news about the union of the celebrity couple circulated. This came along with controversy as reportedly, Mommy Divine Geronimo, Sarah’s mother, had no idea about this.
The Popstar Princess maintained her silence when asked about the “secret wedding”. She and Matteo have been private about their relationship as much as possible.
Howevr, a person close to them spill the beans. Letty Fuentes, a friend and relationship counselor of Sarah and Matteo shared new revelations. She shared that she has known the couple for six years now and she is a witness of the ups and downs of their relationship.
Based on the report of entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, Fuentes related the hardships and joy that the relationship of the celebrity couple went through.
“Matteo really had a hard time. Sarah she’s so confused; she really loves him so much, but she’s bombarded by— ayaw talaga tanggapin. For years, they wanted [to get married] but hindi pwede kasi hindi talaga tatanggapin,” Fuentes shared.
According to the relationship counselor, Sarah and Matteo have been planning the wedding to take place for several times. However, for whatever circumstances it did not push through. She added that the family of the actor was just informed about the wedding a day before.
Based on the report, what happened on the night of February 20 was not a civil wedding. It was a Christian wedding held at the Victory Church and was officiated by Senior Pastor Paolo Punzalan.
