Over the past few days, Sarah Geronimo’s civil wedding with her boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli has been one of the most trending topics on social media after her mother Divine Geronimo allegedly hinders their wedding.
Matteo reportedly punched Sarah’s bodyguard Jerry Tamara for allegedly informing Mommy Divine regarding the secret wedding. The wedding happened in a clandestine ceremony at a hotel in Bonifacio Global City.
According to some reports, Mommy Divine allegedly wants her daughter Sarah to transfer all of her assets to them before the wedding. The report also revealed that Divine is foiling the popstar’s wedding preparation after she refused to do it.

Recently, the veteran actress Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck or popularly known as Jaclyn Jose wrote a post on her Instagram account, which probably related to Mommy Divine-Sarah Geronimo issue. The post garnered various reactions online.
The 55-year-old actress wrote on her post that she never passed her burdens to her children. Jaclyn, who is a single mom of 2 kids said that she never controlled her children and never asked money from them.

our responsibility S parents, i am a single mom of 2, i worked so hard to make
them feel that everything was ok napuputulan ng ilaw o d makabayad rental but
that doesnt mean na ipapasa ko problema ko sa mga anak ko ..i havent get a
single centavo sa mga anak ko. Kakayanin ko lahat para sa mga anak ko .i did
all my best to raise them happy lang..no controlling para pag time naman nila
gawin nila naman para sa mga anak nila..d ako nakikisawsaw sa issue just giving
my point let them at the end they will more responsible..us parents must
understand our children let them leave madadapa yan pero babangon kung hahayaan
natin sila
..at wag obligate your children to pay your dreams they have
their own too…”
