Talent manager Annabelle Rama has this controversial statement about Vice Ganda and his boyfriend Ion Perez.
Tita Annabelle, as what she is fondly called in the entertainment industry, was the recent guest of Vice on her Kapamilya late-night talk show Gandang Gabi Vice. The talent manager was game in answering questions in the segment Sagot o Lagot.
She was asked about her children who are also big names in the entertainment industry. Annabelle said that when it comes to hosting, Raymond is better than his twin Richard. “Galing sa puso ko, si Raymond magaling mag-host. Magaling din si Richard pero si Raymond kasi matagal sa US naiwan so sanay siya diyan sa pagho-host,” she said.
Tita Annabelle was also asked if what was the biggest mistake that her daughter Ruffa did. “Unang-una, sabi ko, maghanap siya ng boyfriend na bubuhay sa anak niya at sa kanya. Hindi siya kailangang magtrabaho kasi matalino naman siya, maganda, hindi naman siya bobo, ‘di ba? Ang ayaw ko lang, pagdating sa lalaki ay bobo talaga siya,” she said.
The talent manager also said that Ruffa Gutierrez was still hoping that her relationship with former husband Yilmaz Bektas would be okay even a month after she left him.
At this point, Vice Ganda explained the side of a person who is in love. The host said that some people may perceive that the decision is not right but to that person, the decision will never be wrong. However, Annabelle Rama contradicted this and said that it is “kalokohan”.
