One of the classic and timeless stories we will surely would never get tired of listening to is the love story of married celebrity couple Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres. And a snippet of their budding romance before, here’s a short story about it.
In an Instagram post, the actress turned politician have been known to everyone as a fan of the former matinee idol. She had been admiring him until they have worked together for a commercial and everything went in favor of her young love. And the young eventually turned to a lifetime as they are now married.
She wrote what happened that one day that hit her when everything in between them was yet unlabeled. And that night in the disco that ended her up to decide to not see him again which broke her young heart. She decided the next day not to take any calls from him. She stayed in her room and doing things to forget him but when her yaya called and someone looking for her downstairs, she went down and found him.
He was clad in khaki shorts and Doc Martens with his “wild hair, strong shoulders, and beautiful eyes” holding a bunch of wild sunflowers. She was then welcomed by a big embrace and right then and there, covered in sweat she told him, he only responded how he still find her beautiful.
“Not many words were said after that. You just sat me down on the sofa and held my hands, making those eyes of yours say the words you needed not speak anyway.”
