CUBAO STATION – 450 MRT Passengers Had To Leave the Train
450 MRT PASSENGERS – The management of the Metro Manila Rail Transit asked the people aboard the MRT-3 to leave the train while it was at Cubao Station.
In the Philippines, among the busiest and most widely-used means of transportation is the train. There are the light train transit or the LRT and the Metro Manila Rail Transit or the MRT.
Everyday, thousands of people are making use of the LRT and MRT services to get to school, work, or anywhere they are headed. Every trip contains hundreds of passengers.
Just like in the recent trip of the MRT-3, there were 450 passengers of the train. However, a technical problem took place.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, 450 MRT passengers were told to leave the train at Cubao Station. It is because of the motor engine of the train.
According to the management of the MRT, there is an electrical failure in the motor of the train. Based on the report, the management further revealed that it is due to the old subcomponents of the engine.
Due to what happened to MRT-3, the passengers in other train stations like in North Avenue and Quezon Avenue clogged. There are also several stranded passengers in Shaw Boulevard.
As of this writing, there are still no further information regarding the incident at Cubao Station. More updates may be posted soon.
