The issue between them sparks rage to Filipinos when he revealed the story behind the song that he performed in the Grand Finals. Marcelito reveals that Simon chooses his final song to perform in AGT.

Meanwhile, Hans one of the top 10 list is the physical embodiment of Jennifer Lopez’s “Let’s Get Loud,” and he took America’s Got Talent: The Champions stage to perform the tune.

Dressed in his own version of JLo’s iconic Versace dress, the German cabaret performer delivered the song with a number of backup dancers, a tap dance interlude, confetti, and balloons. While judge Heidi Klum was jumping and dancing along to what she called a “fun” performance, Simon Cowell didn’t agree and gave Hans the red X.

Simon went on to describe his performance as “Torture” and Hans was totally unfazed by the criticism. “The good thing about tonight is it doesn’t matter what he thinks because it’s for the fans,” the contestant told the cheering audience.

At that point, Hans was right because none of the four judges had the power to decide who would be the champion of the contest. The decision is in the hands of mysterious AGT super fans from the 50 States of America.

Other judges, Howie, on the other hand, disagree with Simon’s decision and called Hans “the most energetic, fun-loving, great act.”
