PAGASA – Latest Weather Updates As Of February 10, 2020 (Monday)

PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this February 10, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the bureau said that the northeast monsoon or amihan will affect the Philippines on this day.

According to GMA, amihan will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over Eastern Visayas and the Caraga region. The bureau warned of flash floods or landslides especially during heavy rainfall.

The northeast monsoon will also bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, the rest of Visayas, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, and Oriental Mindoro.

Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country, will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains  still due to amihan.

As per the report, the northern section of Luzon and the eastern sections of the country will face rough coastal waters with wave heights reaching up to 4.1 meters.

The rest of the country will have moderate to rough coastal waters with wave heights reaching up to 1.2 to 4.1 meters tall.
