Lady Customer Expresses Fury Over Mercury Drug Store For Allegedly Holding Medicine for Diabetes

A lady customer expressed her fury and disappointment towards Mercury Drug Store for allegedly holding top seller medicine for diabetes.

A Facebook user named Maricel Cocjin lambasted Mercury Drug Store for allegedly holding RYZODEG, a medicine for diabetes because it was the top seller drug during that day. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

Cocjin narrated that she went to the pharmacy to buy the medicine for her husband who just underwent a kidney transplant. The pharmacist is already processing her order when one of the drug store personnel intervene and apprehend the transaction.

The store personnel told its fellow pharmacist that the RYZODEG is the top seller medicine during that day. After a few moments, the pharmacist returned and told Cocjin that they have run out of stock.

Maricel transferred to another branch of Mercury but heard the same alibi again and she found out that the drug store is holding the release of medicine. She went out of control and lambasted the drug store employees for allegedly holding the medicine.

May sakit ako nung araw na yun hanggang ngaun hindi pa ako magaling..hindi ako matahimik dahil sa ginawa nyo samin.. una pumunta ako sa mercury promanade bibili ako ng gamot, yung gamot ng asawa ko na injection para sa diabetes(RYZODEQ).nung knuha n order ko narinig ko c ate girl “TOP SELLER YAN” sabi nya sa nag assist ng order ko.. maya2 bumalik si kuya pharmacist “WALA NA DAW STOCK” sabi ko kung pde itawag sa kabila..maya2 bumalik WALA DIN DAW. parang pakiramdam ko parang hindi totoo sinasabi nila..
Ang ginawa ko nagpunta aq sa kabilang MERCURY Qplaza kahit sinabi nila na tinawagan n nila at wala din stock.. pagdating ko tinanong ko agad ang pharmacist kung meron ba silang RYZODEQ para kako bago ako kumuha ng number para pumila alam ko n kung meron ba o wala sabi “MERON” d hinintay ko matawag ang number ko, nun kukunin na ang order ko ni kuyang pharmacist narinig ng katabi nya sbi “NAKA HOLD YAN” dun na ako nag umpisang magalit.. ibig sabihin kahit may stock kung hindi pa ako nagalit HINDI NYO KAMI PAGBEBENTAHAN!!!! TAMA BA YUN???? Bakit kailangan nyong i Hold ang gamot???taz nun kinausap nyo ako dahil nakita nyo na nakuha na attention ibang mgamamimili sasabihin nyo yun ang memo s inyo? Iba2 ang dahilan nyo! Available ang rezodeq pero hinold ninyo dahil naging top seller sa araw na yun???kung oras na yun hindi ako nagalit hindi nyo kami pagbebentahan walang injection n magagamit ang asawa ko tataas ang sugar nya pwedeng maapektuhan bagong kidney nya.. yung vdeo yan yun bumalik aq s mercury promanade s galit ko binalikan ko ang manager pinamukha ko sakanya sinungaling sya dahil sinabi nya walang stock hinohold lang pala nila.pinost ko po ito para maging aware ang iba na pwede pala nilang gawin yun na kahit may stock sila pwede nilang i-hold..pano ang pasyente?
