The leading man of actress Jane de Leon in the new Darna movie was finally revealed after several days since they started shooting.
Fans of the iconic Pinay superhero have been waiting for the movie to materialize since last year. However, due to certain circumstances, the production was delayed several times. There were problems that occurred in the production aspect and another one problem happened to the supposed lead actress Liza Soberano.
Now that the shooting for Darna movie already commenced, many fans are wondering if who is the leading man of Jane. Previously, hints were given about the rumored leading man. However, it was just recently when the identity of the actor was revealed.
Who could be the actor who will play the role of Darna’s leading man? Several fans already have their speculations about this.
Paulo Avelino will be the leading man of Jane de Leon, based on the article from Pang-Masa. The actor’s manager, Leo Dominguez, hinted about this on his Instagram post. He showed what appeared to be a statement from a source saying that the actor will play the leading man of Darna.
Reportedly, the talent manager used these hashtags in his post: “#PauloAvelino joins #Darna”, based on the article. The actor already worked with director Jerrold Tarog in the movies Heneral Luna and Goyo.
Paulo just finished doing the movie If We Don’t Make It under T-Rex Entertainment with Kapuso actress Janine Gutierrez. His last TV series was The General’s Daughter with Angel Locsin.
