Cebu City: 9.7K Students To Benefit From City’s Scholarship Program

Cebu City Government Offers Senior High, College Scholarship

CEBU CITY – The Cebu City government has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with 19 schools in the city for the scholarship of 9.7K students.

Accepting diplomas is undoubtedly one of the best things that could happen to a student and their parents. However, his kid of happiness is not shared by the majority of Pinoys. The youth are forced to do other things than going to school.

One of the reasons is the tuition fees. Parents fail to continue the education of their children because they can’t afford the expenses.
