Toddler Dies After She Fell Into Boiling Caldron
A 3-year-old toddler died after she fell into a giant caldron containing boiling vegetables while playing near the kitchen.
The principal of a public school in Uttar Pradesh has been suspended after a 3-year-old girl fell into a boiling caldron. The young children were playing in the kitchen when the incident happened earlier this week.
According to the victim’s relatives, the cook who was in charge of the kitchen is wearing earphones and listening to music. The chef allegedly ignored and did not mind the children playing near the kitchen.
After a few moments, the chef found the toddler inside the giant cauldron after the other children scream. The cook also ran away from the boiling pot after the incident. The young kid was rushed to the nearest clinic for immediate medical attention but the girl died during the treatment process.
Magistrate Sushil Patel said that the incident happened due to the negligence of six personnel of the school. The authorities are still investigating the incident.
