Irresponsible Child Who Pawns Parent’s Land Title without Permission Elicits Comments Online
An irresponsible child pawned its parent’s land title without permission, the new owner urged them to leave after they have failed to pay.
A Facebook user named Rudelyn Lopez has shared the heartbreaking story of a 97-year-old man identified Gregorio Lurican after his own child pawned their land title in New Malitbog, Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
Lopez narrated that the irresponsible child of Tatay Gregorio pawned their land title without the permission of its parents. Eventually, the family failed to pay the amount and redeem their land due to poverty.
Eventually, the new owner decided to claim the land and now urging the whole family and some of their relatives to leave the area. The family is already living in the land for already 50 years.
Lopez is also seeking the help of the veteran broadcaster Raffy Tulfo regarding the issue. She also said that the old man in the picture was his grandfather.
