In a vlog, Best Actress Nadine Lustre was asked about her wish for former ABS-CBN actress Liza Soberano, and this is what she shared.
Based on a previous article, actress Liza Soberano just turned 28 years old. She had an elegant yet sultry photoshoot and expressed gratitude to those who remembered her special day and greeted her.
Recently, in the new vlog of Vice Ganda, multi-awarded actress Nadine Lustre was asked about her wish for Soberano. According to her, they are not that close, but they had their moments together. They met when she went to the US, and what she’s certain about is that she is happy with what she is doing right now.
For her wish, she hoped that Soberano would continue pursuing her plans to produce and land more film projects. Vice also added that she wishes for Soberano’s Hollywood dream to flourish, noting that it would be a great source of pride for the Philippines if it comes true.
Nadine expressed, “Wish ko para sa kanya sana matuloy na yung pag-produce niya ng mga projects and magkaroon pa siya ng mga film projects.”
After leaving ABS-CBN, she pursued her Hollywood dream and has since appeared in an international film. Now based in Los Angeles, California, she released her debut single “Red Ferrari” in November 2025. Her Hollywood debut came in the 2024 film Lisa Frankenstein.
She is also part of the cast of Forgotten Island, alongside H.E.R. (The Color Purple), Lea Salonga (KPop Demon Hunters), Dave Franco (Regretting You), Manny Jacinto (Freakier Friday), and Jenny Slate (Dying for Sex). She will be lending her voice to the lead role.
Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado are writing and directing the movie set to be released theatrically on September 25, 2026.
