Aiai Delas Alas speaks after former child actor Jiro Manio got arrested.
AIAI DELAS ALAS – Kapuso comedienne Aiai Delas Alas finally speaks up after the reported arrest of the former child actor, Jiro Manio.
Former child actor known for his “Magnifico” role Jiro Manio got arrested in Marikina on Friday, January 17 after alleged frustrated homicide involving a man he allegedly stabbed named Zeus Doctolero. With this, Kapuso comedienne Aiai Delas Alas took the Instagram to address the issue for she is one of the known personalities who helped Manio after he was seen wandering around Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.
In an 11-minute video, Aiai revealed that in 2015, she spent a considerable amount of money for his rehabilitation to help him get better and even gave him a condo unit after he got released. And once again put to another rehab facility in Bataan. However, she was told that even inside the rehab, Manio was still smoking marijuana.
“Do’n yung time na sabi ko, wala na ‘to. Parang yung pakiramdam ko, lahat ng binuhos kong effort, lahat ng binuhos kong tulong, pangaral, suporta sa pamilya parang natapon na lang ng ganon,” she said.
Soon after, she felt tired of helping him and admitted that they have actually lost touch and communication for about a year and a half. She had never heard of him again until his arrest last Saturday. She was saddened over what happened as things could have turned out fine for him only if he listened to her or supported by his family. She was asking prayers for him.
