PAGASA – Cloudy Skies, Rains In 3 Areas Due To Taal’s Eruption
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA said that the eruption of Mt. Taal in Batangas will bring cloudy skies and isolated rains in three areas.
The bureau added that the eruption will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the provinces of Batangas, Cavite, and Laguna.
According to a report in Inquirer, in the bureau’s 4 AM bulletin, if volcanic activity continues, cloudy skies with light isolated rains will prevail in Taal area and nearby areas.
The tail end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora province.
The northeast monsoon or amihan, on the other hand, will bring fair weather with light rainshowers over Ilocos Ragion.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will face fair weather with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms.
As per the report, the low pressure area’s (LPA) extension will cloudy skies with scattered rains over Eastern Visayas and Caraga Region.
The weather disturbance was last seen at about 735 kilometers southeast of town of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. It is less likely to develop into a storm.
