The Cylone Yolanda, at first was reported East of Tandag, Surigao del Sur, but later the Cylone diverted its way to the pitiful Tacloban. Now, Ursula is reported east of Surigao del Sur. Tandag is to my mind could be the center. I hope and Pray that the said cyclone will divert its way out of any place in the Philippines. God save the Philippines.
