Singaporean Researchers Create New Type of Mosquito
A team of Singaporean researchers creates a new type of mosquito to stop regular mosquitoes from having babies.
Nowadays, the mosquito is one of the most annoying insects not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Everybody wants to kill mosquitoes because they bring deadly diseases such as Malaria and Dengue.
Many people are already using different devices and products to drive away mosquitoes from their homes and establishments. However, mosquitoes are unstoppable and seem to multiply in numbers throughout the years.
Recently, a team of researchers from Singapore came up with an idea to stop ordinary mosquitoes from having babies. The researchers created a new type of mosquito that can stop those insects from multiplying.
These new mosquitoes do not bite or hurt people. If this good mosquito fell in love with bad mosquito it will no longer be able to have babies.
Singapore produced millions of these good mosquitoes and released them in public places using a mosquito gun. One of the researchers that this move will eventually reduce the number of mosquitoes.
