Pia Wurtzbach Cheers On Gazini Ganados on Bid To Win Miss Universe 2019 Crown
MISS UNIVERSE 2019 – Pia Wurtzbach cheers on Binibining Pilipinas Universe Gazini Ganados on her bid to bring home the Miss Universe 2019 crown for a back-to-back win for the Philippines.
Beauty queen and model Gazini Ganados is the Philippines’ representative for the 2019 Miss Universe pageant. It will be held at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta Georgia on December 8 (December 9 in the Philippines.)
Filipino pageant fans are now focused on their televisions, mobile phones or computers to watch the performance of the candidates. During the preliminary competition, Gazini wowed the audience with her Philippine eagle-inspired national costume and gold evening gown.
Gazini Ganados friend Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach said she can’t make it to the pageant this year due to her prior commitments in Japan. She said she was previously invited to be a backstage host during the Miss Universe 2019 pageant.
The 23-year-old beauty queen said Wurtzbach helped her prepare for the pageant. She received some advice and tip from the Kapamilya Filipina-German beauty actress. “She gave me advice… The most important tip I got from her is just be yourself and enjoy your journey,” she said.
On Saturday, Pia Wurtzbach took to Instagram to cheer fellow beauty queen. She uploaded a photo of her with Gazini Ganados.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Good luck kisses from me to you! The whole Philippines is rooting for you Gazini and I always got your back girl! You were born to do this. Go get that crown.”
