Online Shopper Expresses Dismay After Main Item Was Allegedly Missing

An online shopper expresses his disappointment to the online shopping site where he received a box but his main item was allegedly missing.

Nowadays, online shopping websites are very popular not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Many people are placing their orders online because it was a lot easier compared to traditional shopping.

Lazada and Shopee have been the largest online shopping websites in the Philippines giving a quality service to the Filipino people through cash on delivery basis. These online shopping sites also allow third-party sellers to sell products to the clients.

However, there are some clients and online shoppers who were complaining of receiving wrong items from the online shopping platform. There are also complains that there product ordered was missing.

Recently, a Facebook user named Justine Jeremy Bauzon shared a video of him opening a box of the item he ordered online. But after he full opened the box and check inside, his item was not there.

The person who records the video was the delivery personnel of courier company Ninja Van who brought the box to the client. He said to the client to check the box first because it’s too lighter than the expected weight of the item.

As you can see on the video, it was totally well protected package which should be required because the client’s order is fragile and expensive. The client ordered Acer nitro 5 worth 30,000 pesos.

Minutes later, he has reached to the main box of his order, it can be seen that the box as already opened. After the client opened the box it was big surprise when he saw just protective foams and the main item was not inside.

Sadly, the delivery personnel will return the box with nothing and refund the money of the client.
