There are some nights that we find ourselves in front of the refrigerator and a hand on the grumbling stomach as our eyes rolls slowly from side to side trying to find that food that can quench our hunger. But eating at night will most likely make us gain weight. Thus, if this happens, there are still many foods to look for that we can eat at night but will not make gain weight.

- Eggs – A single egg has 75 calories and very high in protein and good source of tryptophan
- Veggies – They are the best late night snack for they are healthy and certainly low in calories containing essential nutrients, vitamins, and a lot of fiber. And you can eat as many as you wish of this.
- Banana – This food is high in potassium and magnesium and an effective food to keep you relaxed
