Angeline Quinto Defends Viral The Clash Contestant
ANGELINE QUINTO – Filipino singer Angeline Quinto recently defended the contestant from “The Clash” due to her failed whistle attempt.
Jennifer Maravilla, a contestant from GMA’s The Clash, went viral due to her failed attempt of whistling at the end of her performance.
Maravilla performed a high-pitched version of ExBatallion’s “Hayaan Mo Sila”. As she starts to whistle, her voice suddenly cracked.
The failed attempt gained mixed reactions, some sympathizing with the singer, while others bashed on her.
Recently, famous Filipino singer Angeline Quinto made a tweet addressing the viral issue,
She started by noting how netizens bashed and mocked Maravilla. She urged them to stop slamming on her.
She then said that they had no idea on how much Maravilla prepared to perform on stage, further saying that there are no perfect people in the world.
