According to a report from ABS-CBN, “We Win as One” was written by Floy Quintos and composed by National Artist for Music, Ryan Cayabyab. It is a song about camaraderie and competition.

The Sea Games 2019 does not deserve the performance of our own Filipino Pride after the shame made by the Philippine government.
