Old Man Loses Lot of Money From a Suspect Who Pretends To Be Good Samaritan

An old man loses a lot of money from a Good Samaritan who offered help to change the flat tires of his car.

Nowadays, scammers and deceivers victimizing innocent people for their own benefit can be found anywhere. The government and the authorities have already advised the public to be more aware of their surroundings.

The public should be more vigilant when facing strangers because there are some people who were initially offering help but they have a hidden agenda. Being alert all the time is very important to avoid falling into those schemes.

Recently, a 50-year-old man from Subang, Jayan loses a lot of money amounting RM200,000 or $48,000 from a Good Samaritan who helped him to change car tires.

The robbery incident started when the old man together with his colleague withdraw an amount of $48,000 and placed it inside a brown bag. After a few moments, the victim noticed that the right tire of his car at the back is flat.

The car driver decided to stop at the gas station ahead to check the vehicle but a red Toyota Vios also stopped and one of its passengers offered help to change the flat tires.  The two men become busy to change the tires but they did not notice that the younger guy slipped away with their brown bag containing the huge amount of cash.

The victims failed to chase the suspect because their vehicle wasn’t fixed yet. They immediately report the incident to police authorities.
