PASTOR – A pastor is charging his followers thousands to swim in his swimming pool with ‘healing powers.’
Millions of people from different parts of the word follow their pastors. Some of them even considered them as Gods. They worship with him and believe that he’s the guy who could help them in their problems.
In the Philippines, there is a Pastor in Davao City who claimed that he is “the owner of the Universe.” He is Apollo Carreon Quiboloy, the leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, The Name Above Every Name, Inc.
In a previous article, Apollo Quiboloy said he’s the one who stopped one of the 3 deadly quake in Mindanao in October. His video claiming that he yelled the strong earthquake went viral on social media.
Recently, a Twitter user named Kevin Odanz said a pastor in Kubwa, Abuja built a swimming pool that has “healing powers” in his church. The minister called it the “Pool of Bethsheba.” However, the name of the pastor was not revealed in his posts.
The pastor claimed that whoever enters the pool, his or her problems would disappear. He charges the religious worshipers N50,000 or P7,000 per swim. For people who can’t afford it, they are offered a bottle of water that has a price tag of N10,000 or P1,400
The netizen also said the pastor offers free swim for the followers on some days. He also Tweeted that the pastor was involved in lots of controversies. He mentioned that the minister allegedly divorced his wife to marry the lady he impregnated while he was married.
