JIM PAREDES – Singer Jim Paredes commented on the reports that Senator Bong Revilla is set to make a showbiz comeback very soon.

Filipino activist, tv personality and musician Jim Paredes one of the members of the famous OPM group ‘APO Hiking Society,’ along with Boboy Garovillo and Danny Javier. He was previously involved in a scandalous controversy.

Videos of him naked made rounds on social media. He admitted he’s the man in the controversial video and apologized for what happened.

Jim Paredes is back on social media after months of silence following his “scandal video.” He took to Twitter to express his reaction to Senator Bong Revilla’s showbiz comeback.

In a previous article, Revilla revealed that he plans to go back to showbusiness after the 2019 midterm election.

The 68-year-old celebrity previously bashed the politician regarding his involvement in the PDAF controversy. Now, GMA-7 gave Revilla a drama-fantasy show for kids.

Jim Paredes retweet a report from an entertainment website and criticized Bong Revilla for accepting the project from the Kapuso network. He believed that the politician is not a good role model for the youth. He also calls out the Kapuso network for choosing Bong as the host of the program.

“PERA PERA PERA lahat. OK Lang sa inyo na maging role model siya ng kabataan? C’mon GMA. You can do better than this,” he wrote on the caption.

Jim Paredes gave a follow-up statement on his post saying, “Why would a franchise ALLOW this? That is the bigger question. They have social and corporate responsibilities. The airwaves belong to the Filipino people.”
