Isko Moreno has obviously made lots of achievements in the city. However, there are still lots of people who won’t obey his orders. Based on a report from Manila Bulletin, the mayor saw the pile of garbage on Ilaya Street in Binondo on Monday morning.

The mayor expressed his dismay over the trash he saw in the middle of the street during his morning inspection. As “penalty,” he said he might not allow vendors to display their goods in the area.

“Tatanggalin natin sila. Mamaya, ‘di na sila pwedeng magtinda,” said Moreno.

According to the report, Isko Moreno said the vendors should have maintained their areas clean and give way to people who pass. “Kasi, dadaan yung mga papasok sa trabaho, papasok sa eskwela tapos makikita nila, puro basura. Hindi naman po tama ‘yun,” he said.

We can all hope that these vendors should learn their lesson and obey if ever there’s next time so they won’t have any problem with the city government again.
