COCO MARTIN – The Kapamilya actor Coco Martin has treated these Kapuso actors, Rita Daniela and Ken Chan, this way as confessed by them.
Artists from the rival networks GMA and ABS-CBN are most of the time pitted against each other but little did we know, these artists are actually friends in real life. And sometimes, its so refreshing to see artists appear and cross over to the other.
And for Ken Chan and Rita Daniela, aside from Arjo Atayde, the one they find really kind, approachable, and accommodating is the Ang Probinsyano star Coco Martin. They once so him in NAIA and he was so warm with them. They shared that the Kapamilya actor was even the who approached them first.
They were afraid to go to him first for they thought that he is tired from taping. But Rita added, “Na-meet na namin si Kuya Coco. Ang sabi pa nga ni Sir Coco, di ba, ‘Ken, pasensya na kayo, di ko kayo agad nakita.’ ‘Tapos… sir! Sir! Pa-picture!”
But Coco accordingly quipped that he should be the one taking a photo with them because he admires them. Rita says, “Nakaka-overwhelm. Kasi yung team pa po niya ang nag-post ng picture namin together. Sila talaga ang nauna. So, parang… nakaka-overwhelm po yung ganoon. Masarap nakikita.”
Ken, for his part, stated according to PEP, “Ang itinuro kasi sa amin… ang itinuro sa akin ni Kuya Germs [German Moreno], kahit na ibang network, batiin! Kasi iisa lang ang industriya natin. Napakaliit lang, at makakatrabaho mo ang mga ‘yan.”
This happened even before the supposed snubbing incident they met at airport involving Alex Gonzaga.
