A good night’s sleep is one of the best things you could do for your body. It offers a lot of benefits and refreshes your entire system.

However, sleeping well is one thing. But, the problem for most people is when to wake up.

Often times we hit the snooze button more often than we would want. So right now, we’re going to tell you what time your body should wake up.

It’s always said that waking up earlier in the morning would get more things done in the day. However, a recent study in Brigham Women’s hospital says otherwise.

They monitored the sleeping patterns of 61 full-time students at Harvard College for 30 days. In their tests, all of the student’s amounts of sleep were the same, the only difference is when they would wake up.

Their test revealed that those who went to bed and woke up at different times during the week performed poorly compared to those who stuck with a consistent sleeping routine.

This meant that the results show that going to sleep and waking up at approximately the same time positively benefits good academic performance.

There are also other researches that have garnered similar results. Baylor University got the same results, students with irregular sleeping patterns performed worse than those who do.

So, in the end, what your body really needs to stay productive throughout the day is a good amount of sleep paired with a consistent sleeping pattern.
