- Mount Kanlaon
- The third most active volcano, Kanlaon rests in the island of Negros. There is a legend about this mountain about the hero of the same name.
- Mount Bulusan
- Another volcano in the Bicol region, It is a volacno in the Sorsogon province. Its eruptions are phreatic, which means that little damage was caused to the nearby towns.
- Mount Pinatubo
- A volcano in Zambales which is notorious for its eruption in 1991 which is, by far, the second largest eruption of the 20th century, with the first being the eruption in Novarupta.
