Netizen Share Actual Footage of Cotabato Earthquake

COTABATO EARTHQUAKE – A netizen shared the terrifying footage of the Cotabato earthquake.

 North Cotabato was hit by a 6.4 earthquake at 9:04 today, October 29. Several establishments were damaged and numerous people were injured due to the terrifying incident.

In a previous article, a netizen shared several photos of the situation at the South Cotabato Provincial hospital. The patients and staff were forced to leave their rooms.

A few hours ago, a Facebook user named Klengy Rivo uploaded a photo of a strange substance that emerged from the crack after the strong earthquake in North Cotabato. The substance is hot and has a dark color.

Now, actual footage of the earthquake surfaced on social media. A Facebook user named Johnny Tamboong shared a horrifying video. It garnered 4.4K reactions, 17,141 shares, and 296K views as of this writing. In the caption of the post, he expressed that it was so strong.

It can be seen in the video that the people were screaming and crying. All of the people in the location were obviously terrified of the shaking. Some of them kneeled on the floor.

Earthquakes can happen without prior signs and it could cause some injuries and damage to properties. It is caused by a sudden shift in the rocks beneath the ground and movement volcano magmas.
