“Victim” Drew Flak After Accusing Elder For Alleged Harassment, Broke Silence
ALLEGED HARASSMENT – The female passenger, as well as two other men drew flak on social media for accusing an elder for alleged harassment.
According to GMA News, an incident happened inside a modernized jeep. In the video, an elder man entered the jeep and instantly lost balanced. The man reached for the bar next to the female passenger.
The second time he lost balance due to the moving jeep. The passenger was pissed and moved to another seat next to the driver, which she eventually complained that she was allegedly harrassed by the elder.
It escalated when she assaulted the elder before she left the jeep. The elder, in return, gave her a kick out. The female called out for help, then two men came out and assaulted the elder.
The elderly, identified as Alexander Butal, now having bruises on the face, reached the network and told them that he was already frail. He was surprised of the escalating events that happenned to him. He also said that the female passenger did not stop yelling at him
The incident was posted by Butal’s child on Facebook. Netizens further slammed the female passenger for maltreating the elder.
The female, which was censored by GMA but the netizen identifed her as Dimple Marcillo, claimed that the CCTV footage did not capture the man’s hand touching her sides (referring to her private parts) and was further traumatized by his actions.
She also claimed that the elder chose to make amends to her. However, the authoriries decided to file a complaint against Marcillo’s family (the two men who assaulted the elder were her family).

However, the netizen named Fran Rusti have the copy of the CCTV footage with audio and posted on Facebook which further proved the testimony of Butal. Marcillo did not look traumatized at all and was constantly yelling at the elder, further cussing him as she leaves the jeep.
